Pennsylvania Man Sentenced To Over 11 Years For Cocaine Conspiracy

Milton Paschal, a 44-year-old resident of Arnold, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced to 132 months in federal prison for his involvement in a cocaine distribution conspiracy.

Senior U.S. District Judge Kim R. Gibson handed down the sentence, which also includes six years of supervised release, following Paschal’s conviction for conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

According to evidence presented in court, Paschal participated in a cocaine distribution ring operating in the Western District of Pennsylvania between September 2021 and March 2023. The investigation, which involved federal wiretaps, revealed Paschal’s role in obtaining and distributing substantial quantities of cocaine.

The prosecution, led by Assistant United States Attorney Arnold P. Bernard Jr., successfully brought this case to a close with the cooperation of multiple agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, the Internal Revenue Service, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and local law enforcement.

This case is part of a broader effort by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) to combat drug trafficking and organized crime throughout the United States.
