Christopher Casey, 55, of Hatboro, has been arrested and charged with Third-Degree Murder in the death of his neighbor, Robert Wallace, 62. The incident occurred on Sunday, January 15th, 2024, in Upper Moreland Township.
Police responded to a 911 call made by Casey himself, reporting a stabbing at his residence. Wallace was found with multiple stab wounds and later pronounced dead at Abington Hospital.

Casey was also treated for a stab wound.
An investigation revealed a history of disputes between the two men, including complaints about Casey’s loud snoring.
The fatal altercation began when Wallace removed a window screen from Casey’s home, and a verbal argument ensued. Casey then allegedly stabbed Wallace multiple times with a military-style knife.

Casey is currently being held on $1 million bail and faces charges of Third-Degree Murder, Voluntary Manslaughter, and Possessing an Instrument of Crime. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 29th.
