PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives from the Pasco Sheriff’s Office are still looking for answers regarding a homicide that happened on February 28 in the New Port Richey neighborhood of Jerome Dr.
“The victim’s family has waived their Marsy’s law protections and has given PSO permission to release the decedent’s information in the hopes of finding additional information in this case,” said Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
Edmund “Jack” Foisy, 72, was last seen in good health around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27, and was discovered deceased inside his residence on Jerome Dr., New Port Richey, on Feb. 28 at approx. 5:27 p.m.

Pasco Sheriff’s Office urges anyone with information in the case to submit a tip to the PSO Crime Tips Line at 1-800-706-2488 or report tips online at PascoSheriff.com/tips.
