PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office has arrested 40-year-old O’Brien Smith on charges of sexual battery.
According to PSO, the victim hired Smith to perform a service at their residence on September 13th. During this time, Smith allegedly forced himself on the victim and then fled the scene.
There are no known additional victims.

However, anyone who believes Smith may have victimized them or someone they know is urged to contact the Pasco Sheriff’s Office Crime Tips Line or submit a tip online.
The Sheriff’s Office also reminds the community that support is available for survivors of sexual assault.
