LUTZ, Fla. – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying three juveniles involved in a recent “door-kicking challenge” incident that caused property damage in Lutz.
On February 8th, around 8:10 p.m., the three individuals forcefully kicked the door of a residence in the Great Intention Way area, causing damage to the property. They then fled the scene on foot.

The suspects are described as follows:
- Suspect 1: White male, thin build, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a black mask, gray sleeveless shirt, and jeans.
- Suspect 2: White male with dark hair, wearing a dark-colored shirt, dark-colored pants, glasses, and carrying a backpack.
- Suspect 3: Hispanic male with dark hair, wearing a dark-colored shirt and beige/tan pants.
Images of the suspects captured from surveillance footage are being circulated by the Sheriff’s Office.
This incident is part of a concerning social media trend known as the “door-kicking challenge,” where individuals record themselves forcefully kicking the front doors of homes and businesses.

While these challenges may seem harmless to some, they can lead to serious consequences, including property damage, injuries, and legal ramifications. The Pasco Sheriff’s Office is urging parents and guardians to talk to their children about the potential dangers and legal repercussions of participating in this challenge.
