PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Joe Capes has been located and is safe, according to Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
Pasco Sheriff’s deputies were searching for Joe Capes, a missing/endangered 57-year-old.
Deputies say Capes is 6’0″, around 225 lbs., with white hair and brown eyes, and was last heard from on April 17 around 5 a.m.

Deputies say he was in the area of the 10800 block of U.S. 19 in Port Richey.
It’s not known what Capes was last seen wearing, deputies say.
