LAND O LAKES, Fla. – ****Update to this story here.**** Pasco Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of a shooting of a person in the Sunset Lakes subdivision in Land O’Lakes. Preliminary information indicates a male armed suspect attempted to break into a house when he was shot by the homeowner.
The suspect is deceased and there are no additional injuries. All involved parties are accounted for and this is an isolated incident.
There is no public safety threat.
The investigation remains ongoing and there is no additional information available at this time.
