PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County Supervisor of Elections, Brian E. Corley, is reminding voters in New Port Richey and Port Richey that the deadline to request vote-by-mail ballots for the 2025 Municipal Elections is rapidly approaching.

The final day for the Supervisor of Elections office to receive vote-by-mail ballot requests is Thursday, March 27th, by 5:00 p.m. Voters can request their ballots online at PascoVotes.gov or by calling 800-851-8754.

For those who prefer to pick up their ballots in person, they will be available at the three elections offices until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7th. It’s important to note that Florida Statutes prohibit the pickup of vote-by-mail ballots at elections offices on Election Day, April 8th, unless a verifiable emergency prevents the voter from reaching their assigned polling place. In such cases, an affidavit detailing the emergency will be required.

Voters who wish to designate someone to pick up a ballot on their behalf must provide a written authorization. The designated individual will be required to present a photo ID and complete an affidavit before the ballot is released.

All completed vote-by-mail ballots, including those delivered by the United States Postal Service, must be physically received by the Supervisor of Elections office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, April 8th. Voted mail or carryout ballots cannot be submitted at polling locations on Election Day.

Voters can track the status of their vote-by-mail ballots online at https://pascovotes.ballottrax.net/voter/.

The 2025 Municipal Elections are for voters residing within the city limits of New Port Richey and Port Richey only.
