PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County’s Office of Disaster Recovery and Resources is inviting residents to participate in a series of public meetings to provide input on how to allocate $585.7 million in federal funding. The funding comes from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program.
These funds are intended to aid Pasco County’s recovery from the devastating impacts of Hurricanes Idalia, Helene, and Milton. Potential uses for the funding include infrastructure improvement, affordable housing initiatives, and economic revitalization.
