In anticipation of Hurricane Milton and its potential impact, Pasco County Government offices will be closed on Tuesday, October 8th, and Wednesday, October 9th.
Residents should also be aware of the following service interruptions:
- Transportation: GoPasco bus services will continue to operate with free rides to Pasco shelters on Monday and Tuesday, but riders should expect delays. Paratransit services will cease on Monday. Monitor social media for potential service suspensions.
- Senior Services: All senior centers will be closed beginning Tuesday, with meal delivery and congregate meal services suspended until further notice.
- Parks and Recreation: Recreation centers, including the Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus, will close on Monday. All parks and boat ramps will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
- Libraries: All library branches will close on Monday.
- Animal Services: Animal Services will close on Monday, with Animal Control Officers available for emergency response only.
