Pasco County Offers Sandbag Stations To Combat Hurricane Milton Flooding

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County is preparing for potential river flooding due to Hurricane Milton and is providing residents with sandbags to protect their properties.

24/7 Sandbag Stations:

  • Magnolia Valley Golf Course: 7223 Massachusetts Avenue, New Port Richey
  • Pasco County Public Works (C-Barn): 30908 Warder Road, San Antonio  

Additional Sandbag Stations (Open Sunrise to Sunset):

  • J. Ben Harrill Recreation Complex: 2830 Gulf Trace Boulevard, Holiday
  • Pasco Fire Rescue Station #29: 6907 Dairy Road, Zephyrhills

Important Notes:

  • All locations are self-serve. Residents must bring their own shovels and fill their own sandbags.
  • Sand and sandbags will be restocked daily, weather permitting.
  • W.H. Jack Mitchell Park, Jr. is currently closed due to flooding.

Pasco County encourages residents in low-lying areas to take advantage of these resources and prepare for potential flooding.
