Pasco County Early Voting Dates For The 2024 Presidential Preference Primary Announced

PASCO COUNTY, Fla.- Brian E. Corley, Supervisor of Elections, announced the opening of the early voting period for the 2024 Presidential Preference Primary Election, which will be held from Saturday, March 9th, through Saturday, March 16th, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.

Early voting will take place at the following twelve locations throughout Pasco County:

  • West Pasco Government Center 8731 Citizens Dr, New Port Richey
  • Hudson Library 8012 Library Rd, Hudson
  • J. Ben Harrill Recreation Complex 2830 Gulf Trace Blvd, Holiday
  • Regency Park Library 9701 Little Rd, New Port Richey
  • Odessa Community Center 1627 Chesapeake Dr, Odessa
  • Land O’ Lakes Recreation Complex 3032 Collier Pkwy, Land O’ Lakes
  • Pasco County Utilities Administration Building 19420 Central Blvd, Land O’ Lakes
  • New River Library 34043 State Road 54, Wesley Chapel
  • Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus 3021 Sports Coast Way, Wesley Chapel
  • Wesley Chapel District Park 7727 Boyette Rd, Wesley Chapel
  • Alice Hall Community Center 38116 5th Ave, Zephyrhills
  • East Pasco Government Center 14236 6th St, Dade City

Pasco County voters may vote in person at any early voting site.  Visit PascoVotes.gov for wait times at all locations.

Voters must present photo and signature identification when early voting or vote a provisional ballot. To expedite voting, voters with address updates are encouraged to call the elections’ office at 800-851-8754 or update their voter record online at PascoVotes.gov/OVR before going to vote.

Pursuant to Section 101.021, Florida Statutes, Florida is a closed primary state, which means the candidate choices on your ballot will be candidates of the same party affiliation.  The 2024 Presidential Preference Primary has no Democratic, Minor Party, or Nonpartisan candidates.  Only eligible Republican voters will receive a ballot.

Some party candidates for president have reportedly suspended or ended their presidential campaigns.

If a candidate did not submit a formal withdrawal before December 12, 2023, in accordance with section 103.101(3), Florida Statutes, the candidate nominee’s name must remain on the Presidential Preference Primary (PPP) ballot for his or her respective party. A vote cast for any candidate nominee appearing on the ballot will count as a vote for that candidate.
