WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. – Pasco County Commissioner Mike Moore is once again partnering with Farm Share for a community food distribution on April 13th at The Grove Theater, Bistro & Entertainment in Wesley Chapel.
Farm Share is a not-for-profit organization formed in 1991 that is committed to making sure that food-insecure Floridians receive the food and support they need.
“Farm Share continues to make a difference in people’s lives by providing fresh nutritious food to those in need,” said Pasco County Commissioner Mike Moore. “I’m thankful for their ongoing support of my community and communities across the great state of Florida.”
The organization partners with a broad range of food pantries, churches, schools, and other non-profits throughout the Sunshine State, as well as hundreds of Florida farmers who donate millions of pounds of fruits and vegetables each year.
The event begins at 9 a.m. and is a drive-thru only event, while supplies last.
