PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County residents can now easily obtain certified copies of important documents such as deeds, mortgages, and marriage licenses online, thanks to a new service from the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office.
This convenient, 24/7 access eliminates the need to visit a physical office and offers a secure way to purchase and receive certified documents for a nominal fee.
Certified documents are emailed upon purchase and come with electronic verification of authenticity for one year. Users will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the electronic certification.

To order certified documents, visit the E-Services section at www.pascoclerk.com. If a record isn’t available online, certified copies can be obtained by visiting the appropriate Clerk’s Office location.
