LAND O’ LAKES, Fla. – Pasco Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 17-year-old Land O’ Lakes High School student in connection with a possible threat made toward the school on Thursday.

“While PSO continued to investigation the possible threat on Thursday, we discovered another student posted a Snapchat story which depicted a photo of an individual holding a gun,” said PSO.

Deputies say this photo is not of a Land O’Lakes High School student and was taken several months ago.

The student that posted the photo to Snapchat on Thursday, does not know the individual in the photo.

The student posted the photo with the intent to exacerbate the original investigation into another, unrelated possible threat at Land O’ Lakes High School.
