As of Friday morning, more than 894,000 Florida voters had already participated in the Aug. 20 primary elections, and the number is continuing to rise.
According to data from the state Division of Elections website, 840,990 voters had submitted their ballots by mail, including 353,486 Republicans, 352,076 Democrats, 123,701 unaffiliated voters, and 11,727 third-party voters.

Additionally, 53,493 votes had been cast at early voting sites, with 32,098 from Republicans, 17,186 from Democrats, 3,831 from unaffiliated voters, and 378 from third-party voters.
Early voting began Monday in some counties and will expand statewide on Saturday, continuing through Aug. 17, with some counties extending early voting to Aug. 18.
