PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Pinellas County Deputies arrested 39-year-old Cesar Hernandez Castillo, employed with the Orlando Police Department, for one count of Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
Deputies saw Hernandez Castillo operating his Chevrolet Tahoe, around 1:08 am Sunday, traveling over a raised center median in the area of Park Boulevard and 86th Lane in Seminole.
“Deputies made contact with Hernandez Castillo, who exhibited signs of impairment, including the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage, bloodshot and glassy eyes, and poor balance,” said PCSO.

According to deputies, Hernandez Castillo refused to perform Field Sobriety Tests or provide a breath sample.
Hernandez Castillo was arrested and charged with one count of Driving Under the Influence and was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
