One Man Shot And Killed On Busch Boulevard In Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. - The Tampa Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on Friday at approximately 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of E. Busch Blvd. and N. Connechusett Rd.

TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on Friday at approximately 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of E. Busch Blvd. and N. Connechusett Rd.

Based on the preliminary investigation, the suspect arrived at the occurred location where he engaged in a confrontation with the adult male victim. At that point, the suspect retrieved a firearm and shot the victim. The suspect then fled the scene.

The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene.

Detectives are diligently working to positively identify the suspect, who is believed to be a white male of medium build between the ages of 30 to 40 years old. The suspect was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
