One Man Shot And Killed In Bloomingdale After Domestic Altercation Turns Deadly

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an overnight fatal shooting in Bloomingdale.

According to deputies, on Monday, just after midnight, the HCSO Communications Center received a call reporting one person was deceased after a domestic altercation.

When deputies arrived, they discovered an adult male with upper body trauma in the 3000 block of Polumbo Drive.

Once his family can be notified, the Public Affairs Office will release the man’s information upon request.

This is an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the public.

“HCSO encourages anyone who feels they are a victim or that there is a potential for domestic violence to use available resources in the community.
