TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and three others injured Tuesday afternoon.
The shooting occurred shortly before 12:40 p.m. near the 2600 block of East 28th Avenue. Officers responded to reports of gunfire and found three victims at the scene. A fourth victim was later identified as being injured in connection to the incident.

All four victims, males in their late 20s and early 30s, were transported to the hospital. One of the victims was later pronounced deceased, while the other three are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives are encouraging anyone with information, including video footage, to contact the Tampa Police Department at 813-231-6130 or provide anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay.
