OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. – An Oklahoma City man, Paris Bilbro, 29, is facing charges for allegedly defrauding clients out of over $39,000 for unfulfilled construction work. Bilbro’s company, AMG Construction Group, reportedly took payments for roof repairs in Lawton, McLoud, and Tuttle, but failed to complete any of the contracted jobs or issue refunds.
Attorney General Gentner Drummond said his office has no tolerance for consumer fraud.

“The attorneys, investigators and support staff of the Consumer Protection Unit of the Attorney General’s Office do an outstanding job ensuring justice for Oklahomans who have been cheated by unscrupulous actors,” he said. “This case starkly illustrates why consumers should always be cautious upon entering into a contract.”
Bilbro has been charged with three counts of embezzlement and one count of a pattern of criminal offenses. It is crucial to remember that individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
