Celina Serva, 26, of Akron, OH, has been arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life imprisonment, and a potential fine of $10,000,000.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Donna Duncan, who is prosecuting the case, stated that the investigation began on March 28, 2025. This investigation involved surveillance and controlled purchases of narcotics.

On April 3, 2025, investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in Ellicott. During the search, they seized multiple controlled substances, a shotgun, and a large quantity of cash. Further investigation identified Serva as the source of supply for these narcotics.

Later that same day, April 3rd, investigators arrested Serva as she allegedly attempted to deliver methamphetamine to the residence. At the time of her arrest, she was found to be in possession of 975 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine.
