TAMPA, Fla. – Gabriel Gladman, 23, of Akron, Ohio, has been sentenced to four years in federal prison for providing false information to firearm dealers and illegally selling firearms to minors.
Gladman lied to Tampa firearm dealers eight times between November 2022 and June 2023 to purchase eight semi-automatic firearms. He then sold some of these firearms to juveniles under 18, who used them in violent crimes. Gladman was also found with two additional firearms when arrested in Ohio.

He has been ordered to forfeit eight firearms connected to the crimes.
The case was investigated by the Tampa Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Maria Guzman and Suzanne Nebesky.
