The suspect, who fled the scene on a bicycle, is believed to have left New York City on an interstate bus. He was reportedly captured on surveillance footage at a bus terminal after leaving Central Park.

Investigators are pursuing various leads, including cryptic messages found on shell casings at the crime scene. The words “deny,” “defend,” and “depose” were reportedly inscribed on the ammunition, possibly hinting at a motive related to insurance industry practices.
