TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa Police have arrested 25-year-old Dylan Fogle of Thomasville, North Carolina, following an August 13, 2024, incident that left one man dead and seriously injured two others.
At approximately 4:19 a.m. on August 13, officers responded to a crash involving a truck and pedestrians in the parking lot of Emperors Gentleman Club at 5718 E. Adamo Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered the truck had collided with the northern edge of the parking lot near the club’s loading dock.
Witnesses reported that Fogle had been ejected from the club earlier in the night for inappropriate behavior and then returned, driving his truck into a group of people standing near the entrance. The investigation revealed that Fogle targeted the crowd after his removal from the establishment.
