New Port Richey Woman Dies After Crash On Little Road

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – An 80-year-old New Port Richey woman has died after a crash that happened around 8:00 am on Wednesday.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, a Kia Forte was traveling northbound on Little Road. 

At the intersection of San Miguel Drive, the woman turned left into the path of and was struck by a Ford Crown Victoria.

After the impact, the Ford collided with a utility pole on the shoulder of the roadway.

The driver of the Ford, a 20-year-old Hudson man, suffered minor injuries in the crash.

The driver of the Kia, an 80-year-old New Port Richey woman, was transported to an area hospital where she later died from injuries suffered during the traffic crash.
