The CCSO Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team and Tactical Impact Unit (TIU) launched the raid after an investigation revealed that two suspects, 52-year-old Erich Lee Taylor and 43-year-old Brandi Lee Robinson, were allegedly dealing illegal narcotics, primarily fentanyl, within the county. Detectives secured a search warrant after gathering substantial evidence.
Upon arrival, SWAT team members issued commands for all occupants to exit the residence. The homeowner, 40-year-old Christopher George Turco, complied immediately. Taylor and Robinson were located in a bedroom, initially refusing to surrender but eventually complied without incident.
The search yielded fentanyl, methamphetamine, alprazolam, and items consistent with drug sales.

“I am proud of the efforts of the Tactical Impact Unit, whose investigations such as this save countless lives,” said Sheriff Mike Prendergast. “The amount of fentanyl seized during this operation had the potential to kill thousands of people. Deadly drugs like fentanyl, and those who deal them, are peddlers of death and have no place in our community.”
