NAPLES, Fla. – Jadyn Howard Loman, a 21-year-old resident of Naples, has been indicted on federal charges related to drug trafficking and firearm possession. United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announced the charges, which include possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
According to the indictment, Loman was found in possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl with the intent to distribute them on September 29, 2023.

Additionally, he possessed two Smith & Wesson firearms in connection with his drug trafficking activities.
If convicted on all counts, Loman faces a minimum mandatory sentence of five years in federal prison and could potentially face up to life imprisonment. The United States also intends to forfeit the two firearms involved in the offense.
This case is the result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Patrick L. Darcey.
