Robert Mirabella, 37, of Riverview was the driver of the truck that crashed on Court Street near Fort Harrison Avenue this morning in Clearwater.
Police say he has been charged with DUI with property damage (he has three previous DUI convictions), possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
