A months-long investigation culminated in the arrest of a man wanted on multiple felony warrants, including murder charges.
On January 31, 2025, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and Ocala Police Department (OPD) Intelligence Units, in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Service, apprehended 22-year-old Dieuseul Charlemon at a residence in Ocala.

Charlemon was wanted on several outstanding warrants:
- Lake County: Two warrants for First and Second Degree Murder while Wearing a Mask.
- Sumter County: One warrant for Armed Residential Burglary.
- Marion County: Two warrants for Failure to Appear on charges including Aggravated Fleeing to Elude, Grand Theft of a Firearm, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.

Following his arrest, Charlemon was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He is currently being held at the Marion County Jail pending extradition to the respective counties where the alleged crimes occurred.
