Mulberry Trucker’s Turn Claims Life Of Seminole Motorcyclist In Pinellas County

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A 21-year-old motorcyclist from Seminole died Friday afternoon following a collision with a semi-truck.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at the intersection of 49th Street North and 58th Avenue North at around 2:24 pm.

A tractor-trailer driven by a 39-year-old Mulberry man was traveling northbound on 49th Street North and turned left into the path of a southbound Suzuki motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, a 21-year-old man from Seminole, was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the semi-truck was uninjured.
