TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department is investigating a fatal crash at the Northbound Memorial ramp at the airport.
Officers responded to the scene at 9:53 PM on Friday, locating a motorcyclist with serious injuries. Lifesaving measures were performed, and the victim was transported to a local hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

The Northbound Memorial Ramp from the airport is currently closed because of this incident and is expected to remain closed until the conclusion of the investigation.
