Carlos Modesto is listed as a ‘Most Wanted Fugitive’ by the Florida Highway Patrol, for an accident that resulted in the death of a 14-year-old boy.
Troopers say on June 22, 2002, Modesto was driving a 1993 Dodge Dakota on State Road 404. Modesto struck a vehicle and subsequently killed a 14-year-old boy while seriously injuring another person.
Modesto cannot be found and has refused to come forward for questioning. He is wanted for vehicular homicide.
