HOLIDAY, Fla. – Richard Wallace has been located and is safe, according to Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
PREVIOUS REPORT: The Pasco Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 18-year-old Richard Wallace, who was reported missing from the Holiday area.
Wallace is described as 5’9″ tall, weighing approximately 118 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen around 5 p.m. on Monday, February 17th, in the vicinity of Genesis Avenue. Wallace was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black pants, and a neon green backpack, and carrying a skateboard.
