Polk County Sheriff’s deputies located the children and their caretakers during a traffic stop on Saturday, February 1st. Twanda Neal was arrested on charges of child neglect with great bodily harm, resisting an officer without violence, and misuse of 911. The child neglect charge stems from an incident in October where Neal removed Bradley from Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital against medical advice.

Anthony Davis was also arrested on charges related to the traffic stop, including two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence.

The children are safe and have been placed in state custody.
