SPRING HILL, Fla. – Gary J. Zarcone has been located and is safe, according to Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office was requesting assistance from the community in locating a missing endangered man.
Gary J. Zarcone was last seen at approximately 5:15 p.m. today, as he walked away from his residence. Mr. Zarcone’s residence is in the area of Kass Circle and Spring Hill Drive in Spring Hill.
Per family members, Mr. Zarcone typically walks eastbound on Spring Hill Drive (from Kass Circle) to the area of the Spring Hill Library, then back home.
This afternoon, he failed to return home. Deputies say that Mr. Zarcone is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s disease.
He was last seen wearing a Black t-shirt w/Tampa Bay Bucs logo and grey basketball shorts.
