PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Kelly Lobianco and Rachel Fisher have been located and are safe, according to the Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
PREVIOUS REPORT: The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating two missing and endangered women, Kelly Lobianco and Rachel Fisher.
Lobianco, a 46-year-old woman, and Fisher, 38, were last seen together on Monday, January 27th, around 7:55 am in the Seffner Dr. area of Holiday, Florida. Authorities are concerned for their safety and well-being.
