Jessica Rapsys, a 27-year-old woman from Jacksonville, Florida, was found safe on Friday, three days after she was reported missing in a rural part of Allendale County, South Carolina.
Authorities were alerted to Rapsys’ disappearance on Tuesday night when her empty vehicle was found stuck on train tracks with the keys still inside. It’s unclear why Rapsys was in the area.
