MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A Miami man was cited Sunday for possessing an undersized and out-of-season hogfish in Islamorada.
Marine Deputy Jason Farr was patrolling the Channel Two Bridge area around 10:36 a.m. when he encountered 29-year-old Norlan Armas Garcia with the illegal hogfish. Garcia was issued a mandatory notice to appear in court for the violations.
