And if your neighbor has a dog of their own, another canine marking his territory might stress their pet.

Whether or not the pooch in the video below “did the dirty” in a neighbor’s yard, is not determined, one thing is for sure, the woman walking the canine may think twice about allowing her dog to even consider it.
