CLEARWATER, Fla. – Clearwater Police have identified the man found deceased in Mandalay Channel in Clearwater Beach Monday as 69-year-old Harry Arnold.
According to Clearwater Police, the man’s body was found floating in Mandalay Channel near the 400 block of East Shore Drive on Clearwater Beach on Monday afternoon.
The initial investigation indicates no signs of foul play, but the case remains open.
