Man Found Dead In A Ditch After Hit-And-Run In Pinellas Park

PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – The Pinellas Park Police Department is investigating a deadly hit-and-run crash that happened on Sunday around 9:03 am.

According to investigators, the Pinellas Park Police Department responded to the 4200 block of 62nd Ave N for reports of a male subject lying in the ditch line.

Once emergency personnel arrived on the scene, the male subject was pronounced deceased.

During the preliminary investigation, car debris was found near the body, and the subject was found with injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle.

The scene is active, and the Pinellas Park Police Department Traffic Homicide Investigators are on the scene conducting a thorough investigation.
