TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department is investigating the death of a 38-year-old Black male at the Palm Ave Apartments, located at 10610 N 30th St.
Officers responded to a disturbance call at the complex and, upon arrival, discovered the victim with upper body trauma. Despite immediate attention, the man died from his injuries at the scene.

Detectives are actively investigating the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding the death.
While the investigation is in its early stages, authorities have stated that this appears to be an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
