PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A man is in critical condition Thursday after striking power lines with a chain saw in Lutz.
At approximately 9:15 a.m., Pasco Fire Rescue responded to a call for service in the 21000 block of Northwood Drive in Lutz for a tree trimmer in a bucket truck who hit a live power line with a chain saw.
When firefighters arrived, they found the bucket truck in flames, and they secured the scene.
Fire officials say the victim was flown to the hospital and is in critical condition.
