A Sheriff in Florida is requesting the public’s assistance in helping solve multiple burglaries that took place in the Titusville and Port St. John areas on March 14th, 2022.

The photographs are from a residential burglary that occurred in Titusville where upon arrival at the scene, Deputies determined that the perpetrator had utilized a rock to break several windows in the residence.

Once inside the residence the perpetrator removed a large heavy gauge safe from inside the master bedroom closet that contained approximately $100,000 worth of jewelry and cash.

Video surveillance from the victim’s home showed a male subject pulling up to the residence in a blue Hyundai Elantra and then running to the backside of the home.

The male subject is subsequently seen leaving the residence through the front door pushing a safe, which he then loads into his vehicle. Prior to leaving the residence, the male re-enters the residence and leaves with a handbag and a container of juice.

“Throughout the commission of the burglary, the male subject is observed wearing a mask and black hooded jacket with “Calvin” on the back. The thief is possibly Hispanic and was wearing ripped jeans and black shoes with possible tattoos on both hands and lower arms,” said Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey.

The same male subject is also suspect in two other incidents that occurred on March 14th in the Port St. John area where in one incident he attempted to gain entry to a residence by throwing a rock at the back door.

The owner of the home was inside the residence at the time, confronted the suspect, at which time he fled. The second incident occurred in the same immediate area where a homeowner saw the male subject looking through a window before fleeing the area.

“This piece of low life scum needs to find his way into the Brevard County Jail, so if you know who he is or where we can find him, please contact CrimeLine at 1-800-423-TIPS or Agent John Whigham of our North Precinct General Crimes Unit at (321) 264-5210,” said Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey.
