Little Torch Key Man Arrested For Displaying Firearm During Dispute With Neighbor

MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A 59-year-old man was arrested Friday afternoon for allegedly displaying a handgun during an argument with a neighbor. The incident occurred on Pine Drive in Little Torch Key.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Kenneth Michael Litz approached his neighbor to complain about a dog. During the verbal altercation, Litz lifted his shirt and displayed a handgun.

Deputies responded to the scene at approximately 2:19 p.m. and arrested Litz. He was charged with improper exhibition of a firearm and taken to jail. No injuries were reported during the incident.
