LinkedIn, a popular social business site, experienced an outage for many users on Wednesday. It’s unclear how far the geographic scope of the outage extends, but the reports are mounting.
The site is back up.
At 4:08 pm EST, the server had been offline for about 19 minutes, with around 45,000 reports on DownDetector and growing.
This outage follows the outage Tuesday when millions of users worldwide were unexpectedly signed out of Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and Threads.
The widespread outage caused confusion and frustration among users, who were unable to access their accounts.
