TAMPA, FL. – There is only one place to be this Friday night if you are a Lightning fan and enjoy craft beer: Amalie Arena.
The venue, home to the two-time defending Stanley Cup champs, will be the site of Bolts Brew Fest 2021.
More than 40 breweries will be on hand and several of them are located in the Tampa Bay region, including Big Storm, Coppertail, 81 Brewing, and Florida Avenue Brewing.
The event gets underway at 6 p.m. for those with VIP tickets and 7 p.m. for general admission. In addition to early entry, the VIP package includes access to the arena’s VIP lounge for photo opportunities with the Stanley Cup. Plenty of games on the event floor will be available for all attendees.
The brew fest, the fourth the team will have hosted, is part of a three-day Lightning Launch Weekend. Saturday will include admission at no cost to the Prospect Showcase between Lightning hopefuls and those from the Predators. On Saturday evening, the Lightning will host a premiere for NHL Studios’ 2021 Stanley Cup Champions film.
Open skating will be available Sunday at Amalie Arena.
Visit the Lightning’s site for more information.
