LARGO, Fla. – A 21-year-old Largo man was arrested on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, following an investigation by the Largo Police Department’s Investigative Services Division.
Brandon Hernandez was apprehended and charged with multiple counts of Transmission of Child Pornography.
The Largo Police Department initiated the investigation to identify individuals actively possessing and distributing child pornography online. Detectives identified Hernandez as a subject actively transmitting these illegal and harmful images.

On April 22nd, the Largo Police SWAT Team assisted the Investigative Services Division in executing a residential search warrant at Hernandez’s home. The subsequent investigation led to the identification of Hernandez as the individual involved in downloading and transmitting the illicit material.
As a result of the initial investigation, Brandon Hernandez has been charged with ten counts of Transmission of Child Pornography. Authorities have indicated that additional charges are anticipated pending a comprehensive forensic examination of his electronic devices.
