Largo Man Arrested After Catching Mobile Home On Fire After Eviction

A Largo man has been arrested after setting the mobile home he was evicted from on fire.

LARGO, Fla. – A Largo man has been arrested after setting the mobile home he was evicted from on fire.

On August 16, 2022, Largo Police responded to Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park at approximately 2:33 am to assist Largo Fire Rescue with a structure fire.

While on scene assisting Largo Fire Rescue, it was determined that the fire was possibly started by a recently evicted resident. A State Fire Marshall and Largo Police Detective responded to the scene to investigate.

During the afternoon on August 16, a detective was able to locate the alleged subject in Pinellas Park and obtained a full confession. 36-year-old John Baglieri, DOB: was charged with Arson and Burglary and taken to the Pinellas County Jail.
